As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar systems in residential and commercial properties in Oslo, Norway. Your primary duties will include mounting solar panels, connecting electrical components, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:
- Mount solar panels on roofs or other structures according to blueprints
- Connect electrical components such as inverters and wiring
- Test and troubleshoot system performance
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation or related field
- Proficiency in electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of local building codes
- Experience working with different types of roofs (e.g. flat, pitched)
