Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Nizwa, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Part-time jobs may also be considered for women without prior experience in construction management.
