Seasonal Waiter in Roskilde, Denmark



We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Seasonal Waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in the charming city of Roskilde, Denmark. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1700 per month, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Danish applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with tact and efficiency
- Clear tables and ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items or promotions as appropriate
- Process payments using cash or credit card machines
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including any special dietary restrictions or allergies
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
