Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and managing office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management team
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, including confidential documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
