Plasterer Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Plasterer Supervisor to join our team in Mauren. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the work of a team of plasterers, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of plasterers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
- Train new team members and provide guidance to improve the skills of existing team members.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements, timelines, and any changes or issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Order supplies and materials needed for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and inventory.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.
- Experience working as a Plasterer in construction or renovation projects.
- Prior experience as a supervisor or manager in the construction industry.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1300$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
