Administrative Assistant
Location: Odense, Denmark
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be able to work part-time, with a salary of 1300$. This position also includes accommodation, as well as a free visa and ticket for candidates who may not be from Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Create and update documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Act as a point of contact for clients and customers
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
