Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects according to established timelines and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular project meetings with team members to track progress and address any issues
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
- Previous experience in project management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently living in the area.

Visa Sponsorship:
Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for working in Russia. However, we are open to sponsoring work visas for the right candidate.
