Construction Manager - Jerusalem

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jerusalem. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your duties will include developing project schedules, managing budgets, hiring and supervising subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Source and hire qualified subcontractors
- Oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or risks
- Manage any changes or modifications to the project scope
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress, and completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or MS Project
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Jerusalem (accommodation provided)
