Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our building projects in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Monitor quality control and safety standards on job sites
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare budget estimates and monitor project costs
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project documentation, including permits and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or Primavera P6

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates of any nationality)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
