Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office assistant to join our team in Doha. This is a great opportunity for Indian candidates looking for English-speaking jobs without prior experience. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to prioritize tasks, and have excellent communication skills. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. This role is suitable for men who are reliable and can work well independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File and organize documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and creating invoices
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Detail-oriented with good time-management skills
- Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Salary: $1200 USD/month
Location: Doha, Qatar (Preference for Indian candidates)
