IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Ufa. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and providing training and guidance on technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a background in computer support or IT. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Install and configure new systems and software for clients.
- Train clients on how to use technology solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or technology solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support or IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position is open to all nationalities. Part-time options may be available for qualified candidates. Accommodation is not provided for this role. Candidates must have their own valid visa/work permit for Ufa.
