Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving network connectivity problems. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical information in simple terms to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate documentation of client issues and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1700 per month (depending on experience)

City: Ufa, Russia (open to Nepali candidates)

Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
