Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative designs for industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other structures
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their budget, timeline, and vision
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate technical elements such as mechanical systems, ventilation, and safety features into designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are built according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, building codes, and regulations related to industrial structures
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
