Entry-Level Tiler in Remish, Kenya



A reputable tiling company in Remish is seeking an Entry-Level Tiler to join our team of skilled professionals. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for tiling and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but some basic knowledge or training in tiling is preferred
- Must have the physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for extended periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different styles of tiling
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kenya

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior tilers with all aspects of tiling projects, including preparing surfaces, cutting tiles, mixing mortar, grouting, and cleaning up after completion
- Learn and follow safety procedures while handling tools and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion within deadlines
- Attend training sessions or workshops as required to improve skills and knowledge of the trade
- Adhere to high quality standards set by the company for all projects

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for non-Kenyan nationals. We also provide ongoing training opportunities for career advancement.
