Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company in Kaunas seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades to ensure their structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or damages.
- Repair and replace damaged or deteriorated components of facades.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of facades.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Must have experience working on high-rise buildings.
- Experience with various facade systems such as glass, aluminum, stone, etc.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. However, we will assist in finding suitable housing for candidates if needed. We will also provide free visa sponsorship and air tickets for selected candidates.
