Mason - Construction Worker



Our company is seeking an experienced Mason to join our construction team in Bayan. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and other surfaces using a variety of materials including brick, concrete, and stone.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or construction plans to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Measure and cut materials to the appropriate size using hand or power tools
- Prepare surfaces for masonry work by cleaning and leveling them
- Lay bricks or other materials in a specific pattern to create walls or other structures
- Use cement or mortar to hold the materials together and fill in any gaps
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure that all work is done according to safety standards
- Work with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with different types of masonry materials and techniques
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work carefully and precisely
- Good communication skills in English (preferred) or willingness to learn English on the job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for foreign employees who may need it.
