Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ufa. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to conduct land surveys and produce accurate measurements and data for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are designed and built according to proper specifications.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and other technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine land elevations and contours
- Perform boundary surveys to establish property lines
- Prepare accurate reports, drawings, and maps based on survey data
- Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure proper placement of structures according to plans
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the project to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. This job is suitable for English-speaking individuals who are proficient in their profession.
