Temporary Concierge in Oslo

We are in need of a temporary concierge to join our team in Oslo. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a short-term position with no accommodation provided, so we are looking for someone who already resides in Oslo or can arrange their own temporary housing.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor the safety and security of the property
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $900 per month.
