Insurance Claims Adjuster

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage for clients. You will gather and analyze information, negotiate settlements, and make recommendations for claim resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.

As an adjuster, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and assess their claims. You will review policy details and coverage limits to determine the best course of action for each claim. This may involve conducting interviews with claimants and witnesses, inspecting damage or injuries, and reviewing medical records.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will need to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the claims process. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for accurately documenting all information related to the claim.

Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred as it will provide a foundation for understanding policies, coverage limits, and industry regulations. However, we are open to candidates with relevant transferable skills from other industries.

This role also requires the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You will be responsible for handling multiple claims at once and meeting deadlines for each one. Strong organizational skills are essential to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
