Entry-level Commercial Architect in Faroe-Islands
We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an entry-level position, this is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone looking to start their career in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for commercial architecture and design, with a focus on sustainable and innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop plans, designs, and specifications for commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop plans and designs for commercial projects
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and industry trends to inform design decisions
- Present designs and proposals to clients for approval
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of commercial building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month. Remote work option may be available.
