We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Your role will involve conducting market research, creating concept sketches, developing prototypes, and overseeing the product's production process. You will work closely with engineers, marketing teams, and other designers to ensure that the final product meets all technical specifications and aesthetic standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in design and development, as well as experience working with various design software such as CAD and Adobe Creative Suite. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for new products
- Develop detailed sketches and 3D models of product designs
- Create prototypes using various materials and techniques
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs can be feasibly produced
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that product designs align with brand image
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality final products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into product designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in product design and development
- Proficient in design software such as CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
