Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve their performance
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and potential challenges
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Wiltz (accommodation provided)
