Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our company, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and report on performance to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of products/services
- Train new sales representatives on company products/services, sales techniques, and policies
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress towards meeting them
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit/visa for employment in Wiltz
Salary: $1200 per month
