Executive Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and current dining trends
- Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure high-quality ingredients are always available
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a well-functioning team
- Monitor and maintain food costs and budgets
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards according to health codes
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or themed dinners

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on European dishes
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (German or French language skills is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per week, based on experience.

Triesen is located in the heart of Liechtenstein, known for its breathtaking alpine scenery. Our restaurant is located within walking distance from various amenities such as shopping centers, entertainment venues, and public transportation.
