Courier Delivery Associate


We are hiring a Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure the safe handling of all packages.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Must be Indian national
- Prior experience in courier or delivery services preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to assigned locations using company vehicle
- Plan delivery routes based on time efficiency and traffic conditions
- Maintain accurate records of daily deliveries, including customer signatures, payments, and any issues encountered during delivery
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner regarding package tracking, delivery times, and any issues or delays
- Ensure the safe handling of all packages during loading, unloading, and transportation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating company vehicle

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be physically fit to lift up 50 pounds without accommodation
