Heavy Equipment Operator


As a Heavy Equipment Operator in Aalborg, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to move, spread, and level earth or other materials. Your main duties will include operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery to complete construction projects according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery to move earth or other materials
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site
- Operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills

Preferred:
- Certification from a trade or technical school in heavy equipment operation
- Experience with GPS systems for grading and excavation work
