We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our hotel team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by implementing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus commission based on sales performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The successful candidate should have their own accommodation in Aalborg or be willing to relocate.
