Sales Manager for Student Employment in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and experience working with students. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to increase sales in the student market.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with guidance, training, and support
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target the student market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the student industry
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of students
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products or services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the student employment industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300$ per month.

This position is located in Esbjerg, Denmark.
