We are hiring an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person.
- Set up new computer systems for employees following company policies.
- Train users on how to use computer systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary:
As an entry-level position without experience required, the salary for this role is 1400$ per month.
