DevOps Developer

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure that supports software code deployments. This includes configuring and managing servers, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the overall stability and scalability of our systems. You will work closely with software developers to integrate their code into the infrastructure and troubleshoot any issues that arise during development or deployment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development processes and tools, as well as experience with server administration and automation. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain servers for development, testing, and production environments
- Automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins or Ansible
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate their code into the infrastructure
- Develop scripts or tools to improve efficiency in deployment processes
- Ensure system security by implementing necessary measures
- Continuously review and improve existing systems for better scalability and reliability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g. Git)
- Experience with server administration on Linux/Unix systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Puppet
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
