We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Dismantler. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for taking apart various structures and buildings in order to salvage materials for reuse or recycling. This position requires someone who is comfortable working with hand and power tools, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dismantling activities according to safety protocols and company standards
- Sort and separate materials for proper disposal or recycling
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Previous experience in construction or demolition is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
- Must have a valid work visa for Ukraine (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines. The salary for this position starts at 1400$ per month but may increase based on experience and performance.
