Body Repair Master


A reputable auto repair shop in Braga is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as needed
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized tools
- Weld, sand, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of repairs and materials used
- Communicate with customers about repair estimates, timelines, and any additional work needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Certification in automotive body repair from a recognized institution
- Experience in using computerized estimating systems for repairs
