Job Title: Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Your role will also involve installing and configuring computer systems and other IT equipment, as well as maintaining and upgrading existing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
