Handyman for Property Maintenance/Repair (Part-time)


Our property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with the maintenance and repair of our properties in Bungoma, Egypt. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and within budget

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have own tools and transportation

We offer competitive pay at 1700$ per month for 20 hours of work per week. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate. This position is open to all genders.
