We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Malindi. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing electrical systems and components according to project specifications
- Conducting research to gather information on new technologies and techniques related to electrical engineering
- Collaborating with other engineers and team members to ensure successful project completion
- Testing and evaluating new equipment and systems for performance and safety standards
- Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the design or implementation process
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, standards, regulations, and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, theories, concepts, and practices
- Proficiency in using various design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB or EPLAN
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear manner
