Online Consultant



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will use your excellent communication skills and attention to detail to effectively address any inquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise. This position is based in Faro and offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with online communication platforms
- Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
