Moderator for Online Community (Almada, Portugal)

As a Moderator for our online community in Almada, Portugal, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our members. Your duties will include monitoring discussions and user-generated content, addressing any violations of community guidelines, and facilitating conversations between members. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to defuse conflicts and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred. This is a freelance position with a salary of 1100$ per month, based on an average of 20 hours per week. As this role does not come with accommodation, we prefer applicants who are already based in Almada or willing to relocate at their own expense.
