Contract Moderator in Almada


We are searching for a skilled Moderator to join our team in Almada on a contract basis. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure that all content meets our company's guidelines. You will also be responsible for moderating user-generated content and responding to any user inquiries or complaints.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Review and moderate user-generated content
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Enforce community rules and guidelines
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online environment
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in the online community

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of online community management best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and chat rooms
- Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive situations professionally
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Almada, Portugal

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
