Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory control processes and ensure efficient management of stock levels. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, forecasting future demand, and implementing effective inventory management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely tracking of stock levels
- Analyze data on sales trends, customer demand, and production schedules to forecast future inventory needs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to inventory management
- Manage a team of inventory staff and provide training as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for purchasing or production adjustments
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in the inventory system
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and delivery terms
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus
Salary: $1100 per month. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Preference given to Canadian applicants.
