Entry Level Glazier


A reputable glass company is seeking an Entry Level Glazier to join our team in Triesen. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and repairing glass in various settings such as residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified dimensions
- Install glass in frames, windows, doors, and other structures
- Secure glass using putty, rubber gaskets, or metal clips
- Replace broken or cracked glass
- Create templates for irregularly shaped windows or doors
- Fabricate and install mirrors or other specialty glass products
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with clients to determine their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Glazier preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Understanding of different types of glass and their uses
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting glass accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination for handling delicate materials
- Attention to detail to ensure precise installation
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
