We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our bakery. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing way
- Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Train new team members on baking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
