House Manager
We are in need of a reliable and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our private residence in Ar-Ruwais. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, coordinating events and schedules, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.
- Maintain an inventory of household supplies and manage purchasing as needed.
- Coordinate events and schedules for the family members, ensuring all needs are met.
- Plan and supervise housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Manage household budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Oversee security measures for the residence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Act as liaison between family members and household staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Household Manager.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipinos preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an urgent or fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais (accommodation not provided)
Visa: Must have own visa/work permit
