Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Indian Applicants Only)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Akron. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling, organizing, and maintaining inventory in our warehouse. Your main duties will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders for delivery, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in basic math and computer skills is also required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
- Excellent physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order picking accuracy
- Proficiency in using computers for inventory tracking purposes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. Candidates must possess a biometric passport from India. No English language skills are required as this position is specifically seeking Indian applicants.
