Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability
- Train and manage the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team

Salary: $1500/month
