Surveyor - Ajman, UAE



We are a leading real estate development company based in Ajman, UAE and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed measurements of land and buildings for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use various tools and equipment such as GPS, total station, and lasers to measure land and structures
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports for project planning and development
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors or assistants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the real estate or construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, tools, and equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
The position is based in Ajman, UAE. Applicants from other countries are welcome to apply if they meet the requirements.
