Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative in our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in Oslo. Your main goal will be to generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business and achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Identify potential clientsβ needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate agreements and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for increasing brand awareness and generating leads
- Keep track of sales performance metrics and report on a regular basis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in Oslo
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals from different cultures and backgrounds
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with bonuses based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Oslo. While we prefer candidates who are already living in the city or nearby areas, we welcome applications from all over Norway.
