, Glass Installation Technician


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Glass Installation Technician to join our team in Alta. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of glass in various structures such as homes, commercial buildings, and vehicles. In this role, you will work with a variety of glass types including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified dimensions using hand or power tools
- Install glass into frames or onto surfaces using sealants or adhesives
- Secure glass in position with clips or moldings
- Replace damaged or broken glass panes in existing structures
- Repair or replace parts of frames such as hinges, handles, and locks
- Use scaffolding or ladders to reach high areas for installation purposes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or Glass Installation Technician
- Extensive knowledge of different types of glass and their uses
- Ability to accurately measure and cut glass to specific dimensions
- Familiarity with various installation techniques and methods
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during installations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1000$ per month. The exact salary will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, but may require travel to other locations for installation projects. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
