We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures based on blueprints and specifications. Your main duties will include setting up formwork, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces to create structures such as foundations, walls, and columns. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in formwork construction and possess strong knowledge of different types of formwork systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up scaffolding and ladders
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and dimensions for formwork
- Set up formwork using different materials such as wood, metal or plastic
- Pour concrete into the forms and level it using hand or power tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and finish surfaces by smoothing, shaping or texturing
- Repair any damaged forms or structures as needed
- Comply with safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry or construction is preferred
- Proven experience as a Formworker with strong knowledge of different formwork systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Experience working with hand and power tools used in formwork construction
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various weather conditions while standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
