Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed
- Design and implement new landscaping projects according to client preferences
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for pest control or disease treatment
- Ensure all garden equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Keep garden areas clean and tidy at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate
- Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in order to interact with clients effectively
- Preference for male candidates due to the physical demands of the job
