Part-Time Commercial Architect in Odense, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Odense, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and contractors to develop functional and visually appealing designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and goals
- Conducting site visits to assess potential building locations and gather information
- Creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Preparing cost estimates for materials and labor
- Making necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or budget restrictions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in Danish (preferred)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Odense, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit.
